The hotel staff here are super professional and really know their stuff. They could give other restaurants a run for their money when it comes to service. Everything was top-notch and the service was just superb! 💯

The hotel was 1st class and great modern, with amazing location close to all attractions. Especially helpful and amazingly helpful stuff of the venue on check-out. The double room that we stayed in was reasonably priced and brand-new. The bathroom was luxury, it was nice to have bathtubs.

We didn't feel like leaving and would like to come again, thoroughly enjoyed the city and hotel. The restaurant here was comfortable for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. Hotel was top-class and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was good. The room was well-kept with a balcony, reasonably priced. The location in a pleasant area was excellent and unbeatable.

We stayed in a spacious room with a lovely balcony that offered a fantastic view of the harbor. The shower was a walk-in one and the room was equipped with an electric kettle and tea-making facilities, as well as with clean and comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants and pubs, and the staff was simply amazing - always helpful and attentive throughout the stay.

Although we arrived a bit early, the staff was kind enough to take care of our luggage while we waited for check-in. As for the cons, there weren’t any that we could think of, as the overall experience was wonderful.

The location was excellent, right on the main road near the leisure center. It was also just off Whitby and had a comfortable Wetherspoons restaurant, as well as a proper cafe serving first-class English breakfast food.
